The kits are designed for nucleic acid isolation using columns filled with a sorbent. The set of reagents allows for the isolation of DNA and RNA from samples of human, animal, plant, bacterial and viral origin. The RNA extraction procedure takes less than 1 hour.

The kit is not suitable for RNA isolation from stabilized blood and bone marrow samples. In these cases, we recommend usage of Triz Reagent Kits.
